Massages
have direct effects on the whole body, however, many still believe it can be
used for relaxation that is why it is important to examine everything briefly.

help greatly, also it can reduce muscles fatigue after exercise making it
possible for sports people to do long hours of training.

body, such as gastric juices, saliva and urine production is increased after
massage. After massage excretion of nitrogen, sodium chloride, and inorganic
Phosphorous is increased significantly which will have a positive effect on the
metabolic system of the body?
