Massages have direct effects on the whole body, however, many still believe it can be used for relaxation that is why it is important to examine everything briefly.


Massage is well known for improving blood circulation and flow of lymph. The rhythmic application of manual pressure and movement can significantly increase the rate of blood flow. Massage can dramatically improve the movement of lymph; it is milky white fluid that often carries impurities and waste away from the body. Unlike blood, it needs an external force to squeeze out from the body and massage does that perfectly. Massage treats the whole body and keeps it in a healthy form, by providing cells an abundant supply for blood and lymph it satisfies their nutrimental needs.

    Massage directly works on problem areas, for instance, it helps loosen contracted, tensed muscles and stimulate the weak muscle. This muscle balancing will have long-running benefits as it can help posture and promote efficient movement. 
    Massages have a strong impact on strengthening muscles by releasing tension caused by poor posture.
    In case of chronic fatigue massages can help greatly, also it can reduce muscles fatigue after exercise making it possible for sports people to do long hours of training.

After massage excretion of nitrogen, sodium chloride, and inorganic Phosphorous is increased significantly which will have a positive effect on the metabolic system of the body?
