Ayurveda is a health science that uses all natural methods to
maintain a healthy life and prevent stress and diseases by working on root
causes. Ayurveda may be new to western societies, but it has been practiced in
Asia for ages. Even in Arab culture a modified version of Ayurveda is practiced
to heal different diseases and health disorders. We can see the same kind of
treatment in Arab countries including Dubai. Ayurveda specialists are now
acknowledged in the multi-cultural city and many expats are turning to them to
take advice on, “how to live healthy even when it is impossible?”
